Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong math skills and English proficiency to assist with contract analysis, accounting tasks, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to review contracts, handle financial records, and provide clerical support while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Analysis:
• Review and summarize contract terms and conditions.
• Identify important deadlines, obligations, and potential risks.
• Maintain contract records and ensure all documents are properly organized.
• Communicate key contract details to relevant departments.

Accounting Support:
• Assist with financial data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
• Help prepare financial reports and track company expenses.
• Ensure accuracy in calculations and financial records.
• Work with accountants to support audits and compliance checks.

Administrative Support:
• Manage documents, emails, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and assist with clerical tasks.
• Maintain organized records for contracts and financial transactions.
• Provide general support to the team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
AI usage
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• No prior experience required, but relevant coursework or training is a plus.
