Abacus Interior Decoration Co. W.L.L. () is an esteemed and leading company specializing in providing comprehensive interior design and contracting solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Project Supervisor with expertise in interior fit out to join our dynamic team.

Position: Project Supervisor - Interior Fit Out

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage interior fit out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the interior fit out process, including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), furniture manufacturing, and finishes.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and review project documentation, including quantity surveys, estimations, project billing, and valuations.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, and provide timely reports to the management team.
Resolve any project-related conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BTech Civil) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior fit out industry.
In-depth knowledge of interior fit out processes, MEP systems, furniture manufacturing, and finishes.
Proficiency in quantity surveying, estimation, project billing, and valuation.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to lead and supervise a team of contractors and subcontractors.
