Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, maintain operational standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
-Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
-Conduct daily opening and closing inspections, ensuring all checklists, station preparations, and operational requirements are completed.
-Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, order accuracy, and speed of service to ensure consistency.
-Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and HACCP requirements.
-Manage staff deployment, shift schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
-Handle customer complaints professionally, implement service recovery measures, and ensure guest satisfaction.
-Oversee inventory control, stock availability, ordering, receiving, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and regular stock counts.
-Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, discounts, voids, refunds, and daily cash reconciliation.
-Control operational costs by monitoring wastage, breakages, stock discrepancies, and unnecessary expenses.
-Maintain accurate operational records, including daily reports, incidents, maintenance issues, customer complaints, and inventory movements.
-Coordinate closely with kitchen, beverage, and management teams to resolve operational challenges, implement corrective actions, and achieve sales and performance targets.
