PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – READY-MIX

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) production and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth plant operations and timely concrete deliveries to project sites.

If you have strong experience in RMC production, batching plant operations, fleet coordination, and dispatch planning, we would like to hear from you.

*Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily RMC production and batching plant operations to meet production targets.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules with customer orders, site requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to manage the dispatch of transit mixers and concrete pumps.
- Monitor fleet availability, vehicle movements, truck turnaround time, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient utilization.
- Coordinate with plant operators, drivers, quality control, maintenance teams, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor concrete batching, mix designs, raw material availability, and production quality as per approved specifications.
- Ensure the timely availability of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other materials to avoid production delays.
- Track concrete deliveries and resolve production, dispatch, and site-related issues promptly.
- Monitor plant performance, equipment efficiency, and production downtime, coordinating with maintenance teams when required.
- Plan delivery routes in coordination with the logistics team, considering site locations, traffic, and accessibility.
- Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
- Maintain daily production, dispatch, and fleet utilization records and prepare operational reports.

*Candidate Requirements:
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) production and batching plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of concrete production, batching processes, and dispatch coordination.
- Experience coordinating transit mixers, concrete pumps, fleet schedules, and site deliveries.
- Knowledge of production planning, fleet utilization, and truck turnaround time.
- Good coordination, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production or dispatch systems.
- Valid driving license.
