Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve/comment on construction schedules submitted by main contractors/subcontractors.
Ensure construction schedules align with the overall project timeline.
Review progress and plans for infrastructure on the land side.
Coordinate interfaces among the main contractor and novated contractors directly deployed by the client.
Continuously monitor contractors' major construction progress against approved schedules.
Review contractors' monthly and weekly reports.
Evaluate contractors' site progress and identify delays.
Issue delay notices as necessary.
Review contractors' procurement schedules.
Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera Planning Software.
