Civil Site Engineer

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensure work is completed according to project specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards at the construction site.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the project team.
- Manage materials, manpower, and site resources efficiently.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.
- GCC or Bahrain construction experience is preferred.
