Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong construction background, preferably specializing in swimming pool construction, renovation, repair, and construction material management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project management, site supervision, construction materials, and coordinating construction activities to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, supervise, and manage swimming pool construction, renovation, and repair projects.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Manage construction materials, procurement requirements, inventory, and material usage.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, material costs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
• Supervise civil works, waterproofing, tiling, structural repairs, and swimming pool installations.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at construction sites.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in construction projects.
• Experience in swimming pool construction, maintenance, renovation, or repair is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement, and inventory management.
• Proven experience in project management and site supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate construction teams.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction cost estimation and material requirements.
• Bahrain construction industry experience is an advantage.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
