ADN Auto Care is looking for a smart, presentable, and driven professional to join us as a Business Development & Client Interaction Executive. The ideal candidate will not only handle client interactions and voice support but also play a key role in generating new business opportunities, retaining clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:



Handle voice calls professionally and engage with clients to address inquiries.



Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new business leads.



Promote ADN Auto Care’s premium services and convert queries into appointments.



Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and retention.



Achieve set targets for client acquisition and retention to qualify for incentives.



Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring a seamless client experience.



Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
