An International Preschool in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our outreach efforts to corporate companies, businesses, and potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive representative of the Preschool, embodying our values and mission in all interactions.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with corporate clients and businesses.

- Represent Preschool at meetings, conferences, and networking events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

- Provide regular reports on outreach efforts and client feedback.


Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline.

- Proficient in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
