Description

Looking for a Bahrain National for an HR Business Partner position, suitable candidate must have.

* 2 – 4 years of work experience as HRBP
* Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry.
* Build solid relationships and get to know associates on a personal level by walking the floor and being hands-on with the retail team
* Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Retail business leaders & Store Managers by providing advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation
* Handle various employee relations issues, such as investigating employees complaints, resolving employee conflicts and advising appropriate action to management for Retail division.
* During HRBP retail store visit ensuring all stores are aligned with government regulations like display of CR certificate , seeking approvals for promotional activities, food handler is maintaining proper hygiene as per MOH regulations etc…
