Description

We require Site Engineer with strong leadership skills to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Project Engineer in monitoring site activities, coordinating and supervising works preparation of reports.
Ensuring quality standards are maintained by the construction team.
Ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety policies, rules and regulations.
Maintaining effective coordination with subcontractors and within the construction team for smooth works execution.
Interaction and liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers
To handle all administrative correspondence within the Project Department.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Project Engineer.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the Quality management system.

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree in Civil
3-4 Years of work experience have knowledge in waterproofing work and floor coatings
Local Transfer
with Valid Bahrain Driving License

Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to interact with the project team.
Good Technical and analytical skills.
Cooperative and supportive.
