Description

Fitout Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

• Approval and commenting on subcontractor's construction schedules.
• Ensuring compliance with overall project schedule.
• Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and execution stage.
• Reviewing work progress and infrastructure land side plans.
• Coordinating with main contractor and other contractors.
• Monitoring major construction progress against approved schedules.
• Reviewing contractors' monthly and weekly reports.
• Identifying and issuing delay notices.
• Attend project review meetings and submit reports to management.
• Monitor material submittal, approval, and procurement schedule against project plan.

Qualification & Experience:

• Strong Academic Background in Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same field.
