Are you a sales superstar with a knack for leadership? We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and lead our dynamic team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed targets
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction, Generate Leads using diff platforms including Linkedln

Requirements:
Must be Bahrain resident
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3-5 years of GCC experience in a sales role in any software house or IT company. (Bahrain and KSA preferred)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must have excellent pro level knowledge of IT services and products.
must have good knowledge of diff languages use in development of multiple IT products (not developer level required)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in information tech , Computer science , Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Must be fluent in Arabic, English (HINDI / Urdu will be additional point)
Must have good connections, network and contacts in Corporate and local market (Bahrain & KSA initially) if in other countries too it would be additional point
