WE ARE HIRING – PURCHASER (FRESH FRUITS & VEGETABLES)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Purchaser specializing in fresh fruits and vegetables to join our team.

Position: Purchaser – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
Experience: 3–5 years
Employment: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and purchase fresh fruits and vegetables from local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier networks.
• Monitor market prices, product availability and seasonal trends.
• Ensure products meet required quality, freshness and company standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and operations teams for timely deliveries.
• Monitor purchasing costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations and supplier records.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, shortages and quality issues.
• Ensure sufficient stock availability while minimizing wastage and over-purchasing.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in fresh fruits & vegetables, food distribution, FMCG or wholesale.
• Good knowledge of fresh produce suppliers and market prices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.
