About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team . The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Candidates of Indian, Filipino, or Sri Lankan nationality are preferred. Both male and female applicants are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities

· Greet customers warmly and identify their needs and preferences
· Recommend and demonstrate products to customers
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area
· Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately using the POS system
· Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory checks
· Answer customer questions about products, prices, and promotions
· Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary
· Coordinate with team members and report to the Store Manager

Requirements

· Nationality: Indian, Filipino, or Sri Lankan (preferred)
· Gender: Male or Female
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience: 0–1 year in retail, sales, or customer service (basic experience preferred; fresh candidates with good attitude may be considered)
· Language: Good communication skills in English.

· Friendly and approachable personality
· Strong customer service orientation
· Basic math and cash-handling skills
· Ability to stand for extended periods
· Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
