WE ARE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE (FOOD SERVICE & HORECA)
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to develop and grow our Food Service & HORECA business.

Position: Sales Executive – Food Service & HORECA
Experience: 3–5 years
Employment: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, catering companies, cafés and other HORECA customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and promote company products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries and payments.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and sales pipeline.
• Promote new products and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Food Service, HORECA, FMCG or Food Distribution.
• Strong existing network with restaurants, hotels, catering companies and cafés is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the Bahrain HORECA/Food Service market.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
