Description

Duties and responsibilities of a Human Resources Manager include:
1- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
2- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
3- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
4- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
5- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
6- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
7- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
8- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
9- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
10- Maintain HR systems and processes
11- Conduct performance and salary reviews
12- Provide support and guidance to HR staff

Qualifications and skills:
1- A bachelor’s degree in human resources
2- Should be male
3- Al least five years experience in human resources
4- Effective verbal and written communication skills
5- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
