As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of joinery projects, from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple joinery projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and develop detailed project plans.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the joinery or construction industry, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools to plan, track, and report project progress.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices within the construction industry.
