Description

A leading manufacturing company specializing in architectural joinery, high-end furniture, and interior fit-out projects is seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to lead factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet project deadlines and output targets.

Supervise workshop supervisors, CNC operators, carpenters, polishers/painters, and technical teams.

Ensure all manufactured elements comply with project specifications, approved shop drawings, and strict quality standards.

Monitor raw material consumption (hardwood, veneers, hardware, finishes) to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Coordinate closely with technical detailing, procurement, and site installation teams.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and production equipment.

Enforce factory-wide safety, health, and environmental (EHS) regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of solid experience in production management within the joinery, wood manufacturing, or bespoke furniture industry.

In-depth knowledge of wood types, fabrication techniques, and finishing processes.

Strong ability to read shop drawings, cutting lists, and production schedules.

Strong leadership, organizational, and multilingual team management skills.
