Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers following proper serving etiquette
- Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking on tables and promptly addressing any issues or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs before and after service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience as a waiter/waitress or a customer service role in bar and restaurant
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including alcoholic beverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
