Responsibilities:

As a Barista/Kitchen Helper, your main responsibilities will include:
Preferably Filipino

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and kitchen area.
Assisting in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and basic cooking tasks.
Ensuring quality control by following recipes and presentation standards.
Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Proven experience as a barista or kitchen helper is a plus, but not mandatory.
Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is advantageous.
Basic food handling and preparation skills are desirable.
A customer-oriented and friendly attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluent in English,Arabic].
