Looking for Real Estate Supervisor


Job Description:
1. Coordinate Real Estate Processing and Making Appointments.
2. Follow up with clients' appointments and requests.
3. Answering customer inquiries.
4. Calling Companies and Owners.
5. Making Weekly Reports.
6. Rent Collection with follow-up and making the report.
7. Maintenance Control.
8. Making Contracts.
9. Making Advertising on all social media and Showing Properties.
10. Office Coordination and Tasks.
11. Good communication in English.
12. Other Duties.
13. Take Pictures for properties
14. Plan, develop and implement policies related to the property’s management

Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and equivalent
2. At least 5 years in FM or Operational management
3. Excellent knowledge and experience of relevant legislation and procedures
4. Strong communication skills
5. Has broad knowledge of principles and practices of related disciplines
6. Working knowledge of contracts and agreements
7. Computer proficiency including MS Office and Excel
8. Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal legislation and regulations
9. Strong negotiation and customer service orientation skills
10. Attention to detail
11. Teamwork
12. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
13. Must Have a Driving License.
