Description

We are looking for 3 Indian Watchman for a residential building.

Responsibilities:

Building security and monitoring.
Supervising the cleanliness of common areas.
Assisting tenants and visitors.
Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating repairs.
Handling basic administrative tasks related to the building.

Requirements:

Good command of English (spoken and written).
Basic to intermediate computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Responsible, honest, and hardworking.
Previous experience in building management or security is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
