Building Watchman / Caretaker
Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical work to handle minor emergency repairs when required.
2. Basic computer knowledge.
3. Basic accounting knowledge and experience in maintaining records and accounts.
4. Ability to monitor and maintain the building premises.
5. Responsible for attending to day-to-day maintenance requirements and coordinating with technicians whenever necessary.


Qualification & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Building Watchman / Caretaker is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance.
- Basic computer skills with accounting experience.
- Good communication skills and responsible attitude.
