Urgent Hiring in Bahrain

Estimator & Designer (Stainless Steel Industry)

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in estimation, costing, technical design,
AutoCAD drafting, material take-offs, and fabrication requirements, with a good understanding
of stainless steel fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate project estimates, quotations, BOQs, and cost calculations.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, fabrication drawings, and layouts.
- Review client requirements, drawings, specifications, and project scope.
- Prepare accurate material take-offs and fabrication material requirements.
- Estimate material, labor, fabrication, installation, and other project costs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, production, and project teams.
- Provide technical and commercial support during the tender and project execution stages.
- Ensure drawings, estimates, and quotations are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in the Stainless Steel Fabrication Industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong experience in estimation, costing, and technical design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of stainless steel materials, fabrication methods, and workshop
processes.
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, material take-offs, and project costing.
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- GCC experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: BD 450 – BD 500 + Single status + Ticket after 2 years + Sharing bachelor accommodation
