Job Title: Chocolate Arrangement Designer & Sales Associate

Job Summary:

Responsible for creating beautiful and creative chocolate arrangements, gift boxes, and customized chocolate bouquets while providing excellent customer service and achieving boutique sales targets. The role combines creativity, product presentation, sales skills, and attention to detail to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Chocolate Arrangements

Design and prepare attractive chocolate arrangements, bouquets, and gift baskets.

Customize chocolate gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, and special occasions.

Ensure high-quality presentation, packaging, and finishing.

Maintain creativity and follow the boutique's design standards.

Handle chocolate products carefully and maintain freshness and quality.

Sales & Customer Service

Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable chocolate gifts.

Promote products, special offers, and seasonal collections.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and customized requests.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products to increase sales.

Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Boutique Operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boutique.

Arrange and replenish product displays.

Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.

Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer orders accurately.

Ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in chocolate, gifts, or luxury boutiques.

Creativity and good artistic skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Attention to detail and good time management.

Ability to work under pressure during busy seasons.

Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
