Al Ghalia is looking for a creative, skilled, and energetic Bartender with comprehensive expertise across cocktails, crafted mocktails, and specialty coffees. If you are a master of mixology, passionate about liquid innovation, and thrive in a dynamic, high-end guest environment, join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a diverse menu of signature & classic cocktails, artisanal mocktails, and specialty espresso-based coffee beverages to exact recipes and presentation standards.

Menu & Recipe Innovation: Collaborate with bar leadership to develop creative seasonal drinks, fresh mocktail concepts, and elevated coffee programs.

Bar Operations & Station Setup: Execute complete daily bar setup, mise en place (juices, syrups, garnishes), and ensure peak efficiency during busy service hours.

Stock & Inventory Control: Track bar stock levels, monitor wastage, conduct regular inventory counts, and ensure high-quality ingredients are stocked and properly stored.

Guest Interaction & Service: Engage guests with enthusiasm, offer personalized recommendations, and deliver an interactive, premium bar experience.

Hygiene & Compliance: Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene protocols, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record as a Bartender or Mixologist in premium restaurants, high-volume lounges, or luxury hospitality venues.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced knowledge of spirits, classic cocktail builds, modern mixology techniques, and flavor pairing.

Demonstrated skill in crafting complex, low-ABV/zero-proof mocktails.

Solid barista foundation (espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, coffee bean profiles).

Communication: Excellent spoken English; strong interpersonal and guest-facing presentation skills.

Attributes: Fast, organized, composed under pressure, with a keen eye for visual detail and consistency.
