🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Craft & Serve: Prepare premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and floor staff quickly, efficiently, and to company high standards.
• Guest Experience: Greet every guest warmly with an authentic smile, assist with menu recommendations, and handle inquiries with a positive, clear voice.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a pristine bar and dining area, arrange attractive bottle displays, and accurately process customer payments.
• Inventory Control: Restock supplies and meticulously track daily and weekly inventory sheets.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all alcohol service strictly complies with country and local legal guidelines.

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional bartending experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of mixing cocktails, ingredients, and beverage pairings.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the primary workplace language.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Flexibility: Available to work a flexible, cyclical schedule based on business needs (including peak hours, weekends, and holidays).
