We are a newly established Construction Company (CR) in Bahrain looking for an experienced, energetic, and well-connected Business Development Manager / Freelance Agent to bring construction projects and sub-contracts.

Responsibilities:
* Find and secure construction projects, villa renovations, maintenance work, or sub-contracts across Bahrain.
* Meet with clients, landlords, and main contractors to pitch our services.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Bahrain construction market.
* Strong network and valid Bahrain Driving License with own car.
* Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a big plus).

Package / Salary:
* High Commission Basis OR Target-based Salary + Commission.
