Job Responsibilities:
• Sort and separate plastic waste according to type and quality.
• Assist with crushing and granulation machines.
• Handle raw materials and finished plastic products.
• Support machine operators in daily production activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Report equipment issues and workplace hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Indian or Nepali nationality.
• Physically fit and willing to perform factory work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Hardworking, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Previous factory, recycling, or production experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a plastic recycling environment.
