Are you a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of the logistics industry? A leading logistics and shipping solutions provider is looking for a driven Female Sales Executive / Sales Representative to expand our client portfolio and drive business growth across the Bahrain and KSA markets.

Core Responsibilities

• B2B Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing importers, exporters, and corporate clients.
• Field Sales: Conduct outdoor client visits, presentations, and face-to-face negotiations to close deals.
• Market Mapping: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to achieve monthly sales targets.

Typical Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales or business development experience specifically within the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid familiarity with import/export operations, port procedures, and customs clearance workflows.
• Key Skills: Exceptional B2B negotiation, strong communication, client retention strategies, and a target-driven mindset.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid local driver’s license (Bahrain or KSA) and be fully prepared for daily outdoor/field client visits ,own car will b highly appreciated .
• Language: Fluency in English is required; bilingual capability (Arabic & English) is highly advantageous.
