Description

A leading Fire Protection contracting company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote, supervise, and sell fire alarm, firefighting, fire pump systems, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Identify and approach new clients, consultants, contractors, and property management companies.
• Conduct site surveys, collect technical data, and review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure orders / LPOs.
• Ensure all proposed systems comply with project specifications and Civil Defense requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on invoices and outstanding payments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics).
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven technical sales experience in Fire Protection or the MEP sector.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, customer communication, and quotation preparation skills.
• Software: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle targets, work independently, and adapt to local Civil Defense regulations.
