We are hiring Sales Agents for our e-commerce company in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle 300–500 customer inquiries daily through WhatsApp
* Send product pictures, prices and information to customers
* Take and confirm customer orders
* Follow up with delivery riders until orders are successfully delivered
* Follow up with customers and achieve daily sales targets

Requirements:

* Good English & Urdu communication skills
* Good sales and customer handling skills
* Must be comfortable handling a high volume of WhatsApp inquiries
* Hardworking, responsible and quick to respond
* E-commerce or WhatsApp sales experience preferred
