Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Designer specialized in events, exhibitions, booths, and stand designs to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in designing exhibition stands, event booths, display areas, brand activations, kiosks, and temporary event setups. This role is not focused on residential, architectural, or building design, but specifically on creative event and exhibition environments.

You will work closely with our marketing, events, and project teams to develop attractive, practical, and brand-focused 3D concepts that create strong visual impact and enhance audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and innovative 3D concepts for exhibition stands, event booths, activations, and display setups.
Design visually appealing stands that reflect the brand identity and marketing objectives.
Create detailed 3D models, renderings, layouts, and visual presentations using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Work closely with the marketing, events, production, and project management teams to understand project requirements and technical needs.
Prepare high-quality presentations and visuals to clearly communicate design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
Recommend suitable materials, finishes, lighting, and display elements for event and exhibition environments.
Ensure all designs are practical, executable, and aligned with production and installation requirements.
Manage multiple design projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
Provide design support when needed during event setup, installation, and on-site adjustments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Event Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in 3D design for exhibitions, events, booths, stands, brand activations, or similar temporary installations.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in event stands, exhibition booths, kiosks, product displays, and branded environments.
Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Blender, AutoCAD, or similar.
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
Strong understanding of materials, lighting, spatial planning, branding, and event production requirements.
Ability to create designs that are both creative and feasible for fabrication and installation.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Important Note
This position is specifically for a designer with experience in events, exhibitions, stands, booths, and brand activations.
Candidates with experience only in residential buildings, villas, houses, or architectural projects may not be suitable unless they also have a strong portfolio in event and exhibition stand design.
