CAAGLO Car Wash and Detailing is a premium provider of specialized automotive cleaning, detailing, and mobile wash solutions across Bahrain. We deliver high-quality care directly to individual clients, corporate fleets, and business partners.

Role Summary
We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Agent to spearhead our commercial growth in Bahrain. In this role, you will lead B2B sales initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and expand our mobile car wash and detailing services across corporate, automotive, and fleet sectors.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Outreach & Partnerships: Identify, target, and pitch CAAGLO’s mobile and on-site car care services to auto showrooms, corporate offices, rental companies, and fleet managers across Bahrain.

Direct Field Marketing: Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, business presentations, and cold visits to key decision-makers to close deals and secure ongoing contracts.

Client Retention & Growth: Manage key business relationships, ensuring high service satisfaction and upselling specialized detailing packages to existing corporate accounts.

Market Expansion: Proactively identify new sales channels to scale CAAGLO’s mobile car wash operational reach and meet monthly revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
Local Market Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience within Bahrain, specifically in the automotive, car wash, detailing, or corporate services sector.

Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) — candidate must be fully capable of negotiating with business owners and managers in both languages.

Valid Driver’s License & Personal Vehicle: Must hold a valid Bahrain driving license and own a personal car to use for daily business meetings and field sales (allowance provided).

Strong Negotiation & B2B Sales Skills: Proven track record of pipeline management, face-to-face closing, and account acquisition.
