Are you a hospitality professional who loves creating seamless guest experiences, handling reservations with precision, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Reservation Coordinator / Supervisor to join our team at a 4-Star Hotel.

Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a similar hospitality role.
Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel reservation systems.
Familiarity with OTAs, online booking platforms, and distribution channels.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Saary & Benefits : BHD 275.000 + Accommodation + Transportation + Meals on Duty + Other Benefits as per Bahrain Labour laws.
