Description

The Operational Supervisor manages live delivery operations, coordinates fleet dispatch, tracks delivery rider performance, and resolves immediate fulfillment bottlenecks. The primary goal is to maximize dispatch efficiency, , and maintain excellent service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

•Reallocate riders and optimize routes :- dynamically during peak hours, bad weather, or sudden rider shortages to maintain delivery times.
•Resolve real-time fulfillment failures,:- Such as missing items, incorrect addresses, or delayed pickups, by coordinating with customer care and merchants

Onboard and train new employee, customer service etiquette, safe driving protocols, and vehicle compliance.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in logistics, hyper-local delivery, supply chain management, .
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with GIS/routing software, Microsoft Excel,.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a calm composure under high-pressure scenarios, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holiday rush periods.
• Should be locally available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining.
