About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be handling projects from the early planning stage all the way through to completion. You’ll be coordinating with teams and making sure deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing daily site activities and keeping projects on track
Planning schedules and making sure each phase of the project runs smoothly
Working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Selecting and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors
Making sure materials are ordered and delivered on time
Monitoring work quality and ensuring safety standards are followed
Handling any site issues or delays and finding quick solutions
Keeping proper records and updating project progress regularly
Managing final inspections and ensuring smooth project handover

Tools & Skills You’ll Use

Working with tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS project
Reading and understanding drawings, plans, and technical documents
Managing budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates
Coordinating multiple teams and tasks at once

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Engineering, or a related field
At least 5+ years of (Gulf) experience in construction management
Good understanding of construction methods and materials
Confidence in handling teams, vendors, and clients
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
