Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with parcel delivery and shipment tracking.
Provide accurate information about delivery status.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Follow company customer service procedures.

Requirements:

Good communication and customer service skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
