We are looking for motivated and professional team members to join our restaurant & lounge team.

**👨‍🍳 SOUS CHEF**

* Previous experience in restaurants or lounges
* Good experience in Eastern & International cuisine
* Ability to lead and manage the kitchen team
* **Must strictly follow the recipes, preparation methods and operating standards provided by management**
* **Recipes and preparation procedures will be provided by management and must be followed consistently**
* Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes and presentation
* Able to work under pressure
* Professional appearance and attitude
* **Valid Flexible Work Permit is required**

**👩 WAITRESSES**

* Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred
* Presentable and well-groomed
* Friendly, confident and professional personality
* Excellent customer service skills
* **Previous experience in sales and customer persuasion is required**
* **Ability to recommend dishes, drinks and additional items to guests**
* **Strong upselling skills and ability to increase the value of each table’s order in a professional and non-pushy manner**
* Ability to understand guests’ needs and make suitable recommendations
* Professional, energetic and team-oriented
* **Valid Flexible Work Permit is required**
