Required expertise:

Sourdough and artisan toast with avocado
Perfectly poached, scrambled, and fried eggs
Eggs Benedict and other signature egg dishes
Pancakes, waffles, French toast, and pastries
Healthy breakfast bowls and creative brunch dishes
Excellent food styling and presentation
Creativity in developing signature breakfast dishes
