Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Works Supervisor with a strong building construction background to supervise and coordinate MEP activities on construction sites. The successful candidate will oversee daily MEP works, site teams, subcontractors, and ensure installations are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Supervise technicians, workers, and subcontractors on site.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and work progress.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings and project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site problems.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Ensure compliance with HSE and construction safety requirements.
Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEP supervision experience in construction.
Strong building construction experience is a must.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP/shop drawings and technical specifications.
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Important: Candidates with hands-on construction MEP experience will be given priority. Candidates with mainly maintenance/facilities-management experience without construction experience may not be suitable.
