Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic & Web Designer / Developer with good knowledge of Social Media Management and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative visual content, managing and updating websites, supporting digital marketing activities, and enhancing the organization’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design professional graphics, advertisements, brochures, social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials.
Design, develop, update, and maintain the organization’s website and landing pages.
Manage social media platforms and prepare engaging digital content and campaigns.
Create and edit short videos, reels, and promotional multimedia content.
Use AI tools for graphic design, content creation, video production, marketing, and productivity.
Support digital marketing campaigns and maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, and digital campaign results.
Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to promote training programs, events, and services.
Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, web development, social media, and AI technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Multimedia, IT, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design applications.
Knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, website management, and basic web development.
Good knowledge of major social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Practical knowledge of AI-powered tools for design, content generation, image/video creation, and digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an advantage.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
