Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works on construction sites.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on construction experience and be capable of managing site teams, subcontractors, and MEP activities while ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily MEP construction and installation activities.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and related MEP works.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Supervise technicians, workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work progress.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve site coordination issues, clashes, and installation problems.
Ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.
Requirements
3–5+ years of relevant MEP supervision experience in construction.
Strong building construction background is a must.
Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and shop drawings.
Experience managing MEP subcontractors and site teams.
Strong knowledge of construction site coordination, quality control, and safety procedures.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.

Candidates with hands-on MEP construction experience will be given priority. Candidates with mainly maintenance/facilities-management experience and limited construction exposure may not be suitable.
