Description

A reputed interior fit-out company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design Engineering, or a related field
2. Supervise and manage interior fit-out works at project sites
3. Coordinate daily activities with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project engineers
4. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
5. Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within schedule
6. Inspect workmanship and ensure proper installation of materials
7. Coordinate manpower, materials, and site requirements
8. Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
9. Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
10. Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out / construction supervision
2. Strong knowledge of civil, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and other interior works
3. Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical drawings
4. Good knowledge of site coordination and manpower management
5. Strong communication and leadership skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
7. Must be currently available in Bahrain
8. Immediate joiners preferred
9. Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
