We're Hiring – Sales Engineer

A company in Bahrain is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The role covers both Construction and Fire Protection divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in construction, MEP, fire protection, or building materials sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
- Valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
