Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join a premier company within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving volume growth, expanding market distribution, and building enduring relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the FMCG industry.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local Bahraini FMCG market, retail landscape, and consumer distribution channels.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a strong track record of hitting sales targets.
• Mobility: A valid driving license is generally required for field sales travel across Bahrain.

Core Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
• Account Management: Manage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing retail accounts, supermarkets, and wholesale distributors.
• Market Expansion: Proactively identify, pitch, and open new accounts to expand the brand's market footprint and product visibility.
• Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure optimal product placement, shelf space, and stock availability at retail points of sale.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities, reporting back actionable insights to management.
• Collections: Oversee timely payments and credit collections from assigned accounts in accordance with company financial policies.
