We're Hiring: HSE Officer

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Position: HSE Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Overtime: Paid as per Bahrain Labour Law

Requirements:
1. 4–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
2. NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
4. Good communication and reporting skills.
5. Bahrain driving license

Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
3. Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and Bahrain safety regulations.
4. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
5. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for employees.
6. Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
7. Maintain HSE records, documentation, and compliance reports.
8. Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.
9. Promote a strong safety culture across all work sites.
