Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be currently available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.
Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM or sales tracking tools.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Executive, or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
