Job Title: ELV Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and driven ELV Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team. You will support our sales engineers, manage customer accounts, and coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA Systems, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate estimation requests and prepare competitive commercial quotes.
*Liaise with procurement teams and vendors to secure pricing.
*Maintain accurate sales pipelines and update the company CRM.
*Follow up with clients regarding submitted proposals and clarifications.
*Assist in scheduling client meetings and product presentations.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, IT, or Business Administration.
*Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role within the ELV/ICT industry.
*Strong understanding of basic ELV system components.
*Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
*Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
*Strong written and verbal English communication skills
